Summary/Abstract: The article presents the position of the German minority (Volksdeutschers) in Yugoslavia during and after the WWII. Special attention is paid to the attitudes and activities of of Yugoslav partisans towards the Volksdeutschers near the end of the war, as well as those of the communist government in the post-war period.
