Summary/Abstract: The crisis management within an enterprise contains important, paradoxical opposites. The article presents the results of qualitative research concerning models of management in crisis situations in Villa Neve guesthouse. The main objective of the research undertaken by the author is to explore the complex relations between enterprise management in a crisis situation and organizational learning. This article describes one of the stages of the research. The research procedure included the use of a customized and pre-tested tool based on the method of Dialectical Inquiry (DI). DI is, in turn, based on the ontological assumption that organizational actors give meaning to their environment and make decisions using a variety of hidden, action-reflecting models. Using an adapted DI allowed the identification of opposing models, reflecting the behaviours of the manager and the employees of the guesthouse.
