Labour force migration and human resources - the geostrategical impact

Summary/Abstract: Migration and particularly labor migration has a high importance in economy, sociology and other related disciplines. It affects us all, because of the overfill in some areas, lake of personnel in other fields and specializations, economical problems that recently occurred, sociological problems a.s.o.The purpose of this article is try to underline the importance of this phenomena in our everyday life and to build awareness and understanding of the migration, to stimulate fresh thinking about effective policy and programs. Also, we try to understand the factors that influence migrations. We point out the problems and the situation in Romania (in the context), prospects and policies, with some conclusions
