Abordarea sistemică în evaluările pentru stabilirea custodiei
A Systems Approach to Child Custody Assessement

Summary/Abstract: The present paper is intended to present the modality in which the existing body of knowledge regarding the systems approach to the family can be utilized in applied circumstances, as part of the system of justice. The understanding of the family through the perspective of the systemic approach can be very useful for the practitioners within the system of justice in cases of divorce, because it can offer relevant information regarding the decisions needed in establishing custody or visitation programs. Moreover, important steps in this direction have already been made, both from a theoretical and a practical perspective. We will present the systemic approach on family assessment in a forensic context, toghether with the instruments and the methodologies developed for this purpose.
