Process of organizational changes execution in medical entities vs. problems of staff management

Summary/Abstract: Changes which are repeated, gradual and gentle are already a common phase of medical institutions. Changes in these organizations relate to the structure described in terms of the intensity of impact, scope, time perspective, orientation, as well as economic and social costs. The authors of this study, as a matter of research, adopted a process of medical institutions change. The research question is: how to make a transformation of units of health care providers?
