Summary/Abstract: Regional differentiation of insurance fees looks back upon a relatively long past, nevertheless, systematic actuaryexamination of regional risks has relatively short history. First publications appeared at the 1980s of last centuryinspired by sickness mapping models.The present paper introduces several such regional statistical methods, that are good for analysing insurancerisks. Actuary work is presented through an insurance example in Hungary, which also takes into considerationregional effects.
