Summary/Abstract: The meeting is interpreted as a base and foundation of the human being. The meeting is the organizing principle of the world and ontopoetic of Dostoevsky. In Dostoevsky’s oeuvre the protagonists meet each others, as well as worlds, being and non-being. In this article is discussed a typology of the different meetings in the Dostoyevsky’s novels as well as the locations (topos) of those meetings. According to the author’s position the principle of the meeting is much more profound than those of the dialog. Hence the presentation of a new understanding of the Dostoevsky’s world.
