Summary/Abstract: The research shows that salaries in predominantly women occupations and professions are basically up to forty percent lower than the country average. The difference is most obvious in textile industry and in leather and shoe production. The result of discrimination with regard to salaries in different age groups in less visible, around twenty percent, but in premature retirement cases it is even higher.
