Women's Center for Sexuality and Prevention, Research, and Combating Sexual Violence - Women's Room

Summary/Abstract: Women's Room is the very first Croatian NGO dedicated entirely to the problem of sexual violence. Founded early this year, the major mission of this NGO is raising public awareness about problem of sexual violence against women in order to strengthen capacity of the society to introduce prevention programs and psycho-social support for survivors. In addition to that, the work of Women's Room is dedicated to opening of a specific councelling center for victims of sexual violence.
