Effective leadership conflict management in food technology enterprises

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the importance of choosing the right leadership style for the effective development of the company. The main features of effective leader are represented. Model of interrelated connections between emotions, attitudes and behavior gives an additional information that the leader should control his/her feelings and be confident in future steps. His/Her behavior should depend on the situation. Analyzing of different leadership styles gave us an opportunity to evaluate which leadership styles are used in food industry enterprises of Ukraine. According to the changes in market environment the main situations of resolving the conflicts are considered. The authors’ vision of interrelated connections between the leadership style and managing conflicts is represented.
