Some Postal-Philatelic Aspects of Romania in 1932

Summary/Abstract: The year 1932 is important for the postal-philatelic study of Rumania from at least three points of view: the modification, mid-year, of the tariffs for postal services, the EFIRO Philatelic Exposition and the transport of mail with the LZ-127airship, as well. Due to the high volume of analyzed information and of the amply debated subject, this paper presents a synthesis of the main postal services and their circulation internally. The results of this study emphasize the fact that the circulation of mail in 1932 was largely within the legal procedures concerning postal charges.
