Summary/Abstract: The article emphasizes that if the amendments submitted by the Deputies during the work of the Subcommittee are introduced to the bill, it should be subject to re-notification. The amendments discussed in the opinion are technical regulations within the meaning of Directive 98/34/EC and, therefore, are subject to the procedure referred to in Article. 8 (1) of the Directive.
