Summary/Abstract: The article makes a sad comment on Madeleine Albright's words at the NATO summit in Madrid when the Czech repoblic, Poland and Hungary were adimted in the Alliance: "From now on, nobody will play your destiny at a poker game". "Sadly enough", says the author "the document approved in Kiev by the OSCE regarding the relationship between Moldavia and Transnistria denies this affirmation and blows away the small countries' hopes for a correct politic in the world".
