Summary/Abstract: done cultural public administration analysis, they define the cultural epoch, in which public administration now develops, and call it as post-post-modernism. The return to Weberian model under new conditions, as the intermediary, connecting stage from New Public Management to values based New Governance, is characteristic to the present situation. This Neo-Weberian model implies in itself not only more clear principles, but also more practical elements (components), which may lead to more concrete implementation methods, the lack of which is felt under the search for New Governance, but not for New Public Management. In the end of the article the authors argue for the positive evaluation of New Governance, because its social dimensions are not overcome, and according to the authors opinion, it is necessary to return to them back as well.
