Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the institution of negotiations as the first and obligatory method of collective dispute resolution. First, the definition, the subject and the parties of the dispute are defined. Later on, the following issues are discussed: the essence and the principles of negotiations, the commencement, the process and ways of concluding negotiations in collective dispute resolution.
