Management of R&D projects - communication system

Summary/Abstract: The theme of the article was to compare two basic communication systems used in the management of research and development projects: traditional (hierarchical) and networking. Communication systems used in the design of agile methodology were analysed as well. There was a thesis that in the management of the R&D projects efforts should be made to apply direct communication systems such as network and communication systems and agile design methodology.
