Crisis management confronted with civilizational challenges and management paradigms

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to present the concept of locating the crisis management within the framework of social logistics understood not only in terms of effective safety of public services, but also providing comfort associated with technical progress. Carried out literature studies and the inference method of incomplete induction. The need to define public crisis management taking into account its multidisciplinary relationships and determinants of contemporary transformation processes of civilization. Its associated with the crystallized concept of social logistics and set the conditions for the treatment of public crisis management as a particular aspect of providing public services to a level acceptable from the point of view of the current social development. Furthermore, it was found that the discipline of management sciences is most appropriate for the methodological normalization of multidisciplinary perception of public crisis management.
