Methodological paradigms of management science

Summary/Abstract: This article attempts to analyze the methodological paradigms of management science. In order to solve this problem methodological paradigms were defined as well as basic classifications of management science paradigms were presented. This became the basis for determining and discussing the methodological paradigms of management science. Undoubtedly distinguishing the feature of this approach is its reference to the entire output of management science, both in its theoretical and methodological layers, as well as taking into account the achievements of the general methodology of science and the philosophy of science.
