Cooperation antecedents in tourism sector - research challenges

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the results of research on the antecedencts of cooperation in the tourism sector, basing on a systematic literature review. The attention has been focused on identyfied research challenges that face science managemant in this area. The article is divided into three parts. The first section briefly presents the essence and importance of cooperation in tourism, as well as the importance of research on cooperation antecedents in this sector. The second part, based on the systematic literature review, succinctly presents the results of the literature analysis of antecedents in the area of interorganizational relationships (including antcedents of cooperation). The last part, the third one, outlines the main limitations and challenges for future research on antecedents of cooperation in the tourism sector.
