Summary/Abstract: The article points to the difficulty in determining the organization’s objectives. It discusses the paradox in the fact that the actual objectives of the organization emerge from the individual objectives of stakeholders; and in addition change over time. Official destinations to which the organization has decided to pursue almost never coincide with the goals of individuals participating in the life of the organization. For this reason opportunistic attitudes appear among employees. Noticing these phenomena at the level of determining the goals of the organization can provide significant benefits in the realization phase management; e.g. in projects. In addition to identifying differences in objectives between the participants and the organization as a whole measures to promote integration of these objectives have been indicated; that is leadership; involvement and responsibility (employees for the organization and the organization for employees); which can be assisted in giving meaning by creating small teams; brigades of quality circles; etc.
