Special procedure for the enforcement of judgments related to minors

Summary/Abstract: In order to eliminate material and personal difficulties of the enforcement of judgments related to minors, by also taking into consideration the recommendations of the European Court of Human Rights, the Romanian lawmaker established in art. 909-913 of the new Civil Procedure Code, as an absolute legislative novelty, a special enforcement procedure, named „Enforcement of Judgements Related to Minors”.
