Summary/Abstract: The Socialist civic society was the major idea for the “Perestroika” – the Socialism “with a human face”. The “Perestroika” was the final utopia blast of the socialist ideology. As it is in each utopia, it started also with a return to the origins, to the pure spring waters of the socialist ideas. The “Perestroika” became a renaissance of Lеnin, an attempt to explain how the power of the proletariate, lost hold of the feeble Lenin’s hands, was rolling into the Stalin’s steal catch. Nowadays, after the historical lessons, the Lenin’s ideas can be easily disproved. As Ortega said: “When a historical phenomenon is exhaused, it becomes victim of the rhetoric”.
