Summary/Abstract: The current article is the second part of the publication (the first one has been published in vol. 3 of the SJLS). Its main focus is to discuss the concept, function and practical implementation possibilities of the Eurotrust. This is presented in the context of the Spanish mortgage reform of 2007 and its influence on the real estate market, lending practices and the institution of the mortgage as a security instrument.
