Summary/Abstract: Quality management (QM) is the part of management function aims to meet the demands of quality and customer satisfaction. Human resources within the process of quality management model are an important part of the process of forming the services provided by the Faculty of Dental Medicine with clinics at the University of Sarajevo. Human resources in accordance with ISO standards are defined as persons who perform work affecting product quality, and must have competence that is based on appropriate education, training skills and experience. The SWOT analysis of the Faculty performed in previous years, recognized human resources as one of the strengths factors of the Faculty. Employees of the Faculty with their education, experience and creativity are key potential faculty. This paper presents the structure of the employees of the Faculty, by level of education, and participation in the teaching process. Comparative analysis was made of academic staff, the number of students currently studying at the Faculty and the number of subjects in curriculum. We analyzed The Standard Classification of Occupations in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the legal regulations concerning the activities of the Faculty because it represents the influence of wider community and service users. In conclusion, the paper presented to the possibility of development of human resources, and need to find new ways of motivation of employees through the introduction of innovative tools in the management of human resources.
