Quality Management Process and Quality Assurance

Summary/Abstract: Due to rapidly evolving technology and research opportunities, anyone who tries to control and manage all information and such fast and huge information income fails at all. In order for any process, education/Bologna process also included, to become successful it is crucial to be successfully controlled, and one of foundations of its success is quality. This report will give an overview of quality , its definition, its huge importance in higher education and how to successfully manage education processes. There will be couple of words about internal evoluation and control of quality developed by higher educational institutions , as a precondition for external evoluation and control. SWOT analysis will present possibilities and limitations of education plan and program, human resources , students and other resources as a precondition of full implementation of Bologna processes at Civil engineering faculty
