Summary/Abstract: The quality of the higher education institution requires concrete, dynamic and specific process in a given institutional and social context. The quality assurance and management of processes and procedures at Music Academy in Sarajevo exist from its foundation because this is one of the essential aspects of Art Education. The Bologna reform framework requires further improvement and documenting of this system, as it is a pre condition for establishment of higher education’s modern standards and future accreditations. The presentation will focus on the methodology of Music Academy Quality Assurance Manual.
