Some aspects of reforming of representation’s of the citizen’s or the state’s interests in court function under the new Law of Ukraine «About prosecutor's office»

Summary/Abstract: Рroblems of reforming of function of representation by the prosecutor of interests of the citizen or the state in court under the new Law of Ukraine «About prosecutor's office» are considered. The legal nature and features of function of representation is defined. Branch tasks of representation by the prosecutor of interests of the citizen or the state in court are formulated; their ratio with the general problems of public prosecutor's activity is analyzed. The legal regulation of function of representation is investigated. Gaps and shortcomings of its legislative regulation are revealed, offers on their elimination are provided
