Summary/Abstract: The Bulgarians in Adrianople at the end of 19th – the beginning of 20th century had four secondary schools – one for boys and one for girls, respectively for the Orthodoxies and for the Eastern Catholics (Uniats). After a short introduction in the history of the Bulgarian Uniat secondary school for boys in the Thracian city, guided by the “Brothers of the Resurrection”, it is shown in the light of documents, hold in the Bulgarian historical archives of the St. St. Cyril and Methodius National Library in Sofia.
