Summary/Abstract: My desire to sketch and classify my observations on the various kinds of entertainment offered to Bulgarian and foreign tourists during the summer has been spontaneous. I grew up and lived in Burgas, and for many years, particularly since 1994, I have had the opportunity to spend my holidays or to stay for some time at the height of the holiday season in Ahtopol and Pomorie, and more seldom in Sozopol and Nesebar, some of the small resort towns along the southern Black Sea coast. With the passage of time I have gathered numerous impressions along these lines, but it would hardly be a mistake, if I conclude that during the past two or three years, the ingenuity of the local people in the sphere of attractions offered to tourists has been experiencing a kind of a “boom”…
