Summary/Abstract: Last decades show us the predominance of management in some cases and leadership in other ones. The man at the top of the pyramid, whether he is a manager or a leader, is too far from current events. More and more people talk about the perils of situation where everything is regulated top-bottom. There is no danger in overmanaging the resources, but it is dangerous to do the same thing to a human being. Every decision-maker has to know the importance of ethics – people are ethical beings, not resources. They cannot be forced into expected behaviour simply by the rules.
