The Loss of Footing (About the condition of the youngest Croatian poetry)

Summary/Abstract: The letter/invitation to cooperation by the editing board of "Quorum" decisively excludes any"devising of anny common poetic concept, of which we are accused constantly". Speaking about the poets of the younger generation, such a renunciation seems quite justifiable. The current basic characteristic of this poetry is precisely the impossibility of establishing a mutual poetic programme. At first sight such an assertion may seem a mere pretext to avoid the responsibility of delineating dominant flows and directions.
