Summary/Abstract: In this dispute author put the questions in the title, which he thinks are timeless and in the other context, they can serve as construct of European identity. These questions are also helpful in the reflection about identity crisis of the Europe especially nowadays. Author has confirmed, that in this discourse about Europe write down also Edmund Husserl, who was renowned as researcher for culture crisis and Hans Georg Gadamer, who also tried to define cultural heritage. Both of them, Husserl and Gadamer has watched for European identity and European spirit. They thought, that humanistic science are the right track - author has convinced. Author thinks, that it is possible define this as wide range of specific consideration about Europe and also her philosophy, and humanity founded on the reason as instance, which makes order and implementation. For the European, science begun truth, which takes into consideration the doubt, but in fact doubt begun also as physical objectivity without a question about human being. Science begun existence without question about being. The truth is, that forgetfulness and lost of essence being, in fact lead on to progress in science, especially in natural science, but science progress is not a progress with human idea. When technological progress has begun only parallel progress, it means, that it consist of imminent danger for human individuality. Tension, which determine individual can be survey, but only through collective identity. Contemporaneously this european corporate body, in her deep structure consist the place, which let evoke the human individuality. This consideration - author has suggested, put question - Where we should looking for essentials of European identity? And from where we should scoop the material? As the author has asserted, the Europe as the collective of thoughts, especially in the meaning of linguistic sense is a variety, also this variety concern on culture, which doesn't constitute a monolith. The reason, which has founded European identity - these are of course humanistic science. They create possibility, which can lay hold of Europe spirit. The Moment in which spirit has caught, happens in linguistic sphere, more over even in languages. For European identity question about collective being is especially question, which has exposed divisions between Europeans. As the author has convinced, outright on human being consist of European idea. Because, outright on the Man, and his being constitute as being- through- world. In fact this European identity, collectivity and individuality of man autonomy can stay in coexistence relation with mutual influence. The Europe shouldn't run away from her spiritual and philosophical heritage. Europe should recover this heritage, and doesn't look forward the Others.
