Sustainable development in the natural valuable areas – a chance or a threat?

Summary/Abstract: The following forms are included into the natural valuable areas: the forms of protected areas, the forms of individual protection, botanical gardens, zoological gardens and the rehabilitation centres for animals, greenery and tree-covered areas. At present wildlife conservation and sustainable using its resources have an impact on the harmonious coexistence of actions of a man and an environment. The natural valuable areas contribute to preserve ecosystems and to stop the process of loosing biological diversity. They are the practical necessity both for present and future generation. In functioning the natural valuable areas one seeks a certain threat, however, one should pay attention to their unused potential, socio-economic and spatial one.
