The visual wonderland of Koltès for a cinematic treatment of the text

Summary/Abstract: The following text tries to describe an imaginary geography in the dramatic plays of Koltès where the real elements subsist together with unreal, fantastic elements and to explain the cinematographic parameters of the space represented on the one hand by the didascalia, on the other hand by the cinematographic references that appear in the original text of Koltès. The chosen texts propose a vision of social anxiety and repression counterpointed by an imaginary landscape. All the characters of Koltès live a sort of quest straight to the wonderland, in order to escape from the borders of the real space, perceived as an oppressive space. We try to decrypt in the text of Koltès the textual marks of this imaginary topography.
