Summary/Abstract: The spokesperson is a very important representative because he establishes communication with agencies specialized in disseminating information. It is he who represents the head of the institution when dealing with the media and, in this respect, the mandate he receives from the leader gives him the right to a certain degree of autonomy. This autonomy allows him to organize his interventions as finds them necessary and to maintain a bridge with the media empire. The essence of this business is communication, a two-way process, which must be properly controlled and used.
