Summary/Abstract: Regarding the matter of the foroced execution, the execution call is apparently part of a panacea, by being the link between administrative activity involving the forced execution phase and activity of jurisdiction, which brings the court’s intervention in this phase of the civil trial in his own form (the control and guardian of the law). The participation of the Court at this stage is given by his official duties (eg., regarding the consent of execution), but the decisive contribution that the judge in the judgment calls for the execution represent its essential allocation its performance in this phase of the civil trial.
