Summary/Abstract: Brazil, Russia, India and China, emerging markets with the fastest growth rate in the world, form the "BRIC” group that encompass over 25% of the world's land coverage and 40% of the world's population. The current economic crisis has proven to be a true test of maturity for the four states. While most developed countries face debt crisis, reviewing its position against economic liberalism, emerging countries are becoming more concerned to accelerate the development process aimed at reducing the gap that separates them from the developed world.
