ASSESSMENT ON CAPITAL MARKET SHARES

Summary/Abstract: The forming and development of the capital market in Romania, as well as the apparition of organized forms for it, are both essential elements in the process of restructuration of the national economy. The processes involved in the creation and development of a capital market in our country are related to the privatization process applied to state-owned companies of various activity fields: industry, agriculture, trading, transportation services, public alimentation, etc. At the same time, the apparition of new, privately owned companies, with or without foreign participation, has contributed to accelerating the process for creating a genuine capital market in our country. According to the moment of the transition, the capital market is divided into two temporal segments: the primary market; the secondary market.
