Summary/Abstract: The author points out to the disproportion between the economic globalization and the lack of abstract thinking mentality to face the emerging new political and ethical problems, still considered in the terms of national sovereignty and territorial proximity. The space we could control by force is much wider than the space we feel responsible for. The possibilities for international intervention into the national affairs to defend abstract ethical categories should be institutionalized.
