Summary/Abstract: This paper reviews the Management Game “MANAGER” that simulate all functions for three to nine companies which are in competition. Student form management team of simulated company and compete against competitors in four market areas. They required to take decisions regarding finance, production, marketing, personnel, research and development. The “MANAGER” game illustrate how management games , that simulate competition between companies can make an useful Collaborative Learning System, and be used into Master Courses.
