Summary/Abstract: The rapid and impressive developments in Technology and Science, predominating in our era, have necessitated increased and specialized qualifications for educational and professional personnel. Education has to be shifted to new forms of instructional delivery and content in order to respond to the updated requirements of economic trends and goals resulted from the advent of globalization worldwide. Businesses have to re-evaluate their strategies in order to deal with the hard competitions with success. The role of educationists has to be upgraded in order to design proper curricula based on the current needs analysis of individuals and/or companies concerned.The need of knowledge distribution and management is obvious. New modes of instructional courses delivery for education and training have to be implemented. The analysis of case studies presented in this paper, aims at facilitating the proper implementation of innovative approaches to education and training.
