Summary/Abstract: The article provides an extensive study on the development of the Europen Neighbourhood Policy towards Ukraine, evaluates the relations between EU and Ukraine and the role of Russia as an obstacle in the rpprochement of Ukraine and the EU. The analysis also presents the role of other EU member-states concerning the issue of EU enlargement.
