Summary/Abstract: New Hungarian electoral rules have been widely criticized mainly by the Venice Commission and Hungarian NGOs. The Constitutional Court also examined some of the institutions of the new electoral system and in certain cases it established unconstitutionality while in other cases it did not turn the law down. Nevertheless, when seeing legal background and taking a constitutional dialogue perspective some controversies can be found also in cases in which the Constitutional Court did not established constitutionality.
