Moreover, the paper suggests a parallel between the chracteristics of adolescence and those of Central Europe, in order to emphasise the importance of immaturity theme for the Central European literature. Liminality, fragile identity, moments of crisis, the need of order are just some of the points which can be found not only in Central European portrait, but also in the description of the the adolescence.
