IDENTITY, TRADITIONAL LANGUAGE AND CULTURE IN THE SVABI FROM SATU MARE – THE RESULTS OF A FIELD RESEARCH

Summary/Abstract: The present article is centered on some aspects connected to the identity (sometimes diffuse) of the şvabi from Satu Mare. The study is an anthropologic one relating to, concerning the method of research, interdisciplinarity. The used sources are, usually, field researches made in the şvabi villages from the area of Carei (German Großkarol, Hungarian Nagykároly), completed/confronted with edited sources of speciality or press.
