Terry Cook and postmodernism understanding of archives with reference to archival science in Serbia

Summary/Abstract: In 2014 one of the leading theoretician of archival science of modern time passed away. He was specially dealing with the question of influence of postmodernisam understanding of development of contemporary archival science in theory and practice. In this work author sublimates Terry Cook`s wievs, emphassising his undrestanding of provenience, fond principles, principle of primary order, context and valuate of records. In a specific part of his work, author addresses the issues to what extent the archive paradigm, in which base is postmodernistic comprehension, is a component of archival theory and practice.
