Summary/Abstract: The article analyses dynamism and regional structure for weakening the old model of the world trade and the reasons of increasing significance of develop-ing countries, but the limits of trade South-South too. The perspectives of geo-graphic structural changes in the world trade and a new dimension of global interdependence are presented too.
