Summary/Abstract: The records management inspection service must actively get involved in the entire life cycle of the records, they should constantly learn and develop. There are many problems of preservation electronic records through the long-time period. Electronic records raise specific issues. it is more difficult to ensure that the content, context and structure of records is preserved and protected when the records do not have a physical existence. this has important implications for the authenticity, reliability, and trustworthiness of records. Records must be stored in such a way that they are accessible and safeguarded against environmental damage. There are many innovative technologies that improve records preservation but they must be carefully chosen and tested.It is important to have a good communication, cooperation with records creators and educate them about the importance of preserving electronic records. The inspections should be more often and the archives should improve the quality and intensity of the education of the records creators with the goal to increase awareness of the importance of preserving records for the future generations.
