Summary/Abstract: Contemporary organizations are in many respects diverse and a sex is one of vital statistics of the diversity. As part of this division it is possible to notice a lot of irregularities which are making it difficult for the organization to function, are lowering their potential and are becoming a cause of individual defeats of women. To most important it is possible to rank: the paid discrimination and the phenomenon of the glass ceiling. One of strategies organizations can in these circumstances accept which, is scheduled and systematic of managing the culture of the sex. The implemented change can single the enterprise out amongst competitors, to enrich his identity and to contribute to be individual and organizational successes. Such action is becoming part of a social policy agenda of the European Union, emphasizing the need of the equality and diversities on-the-job.
