Summary/Abstract: As a conclusion we could claim that the reform of the years 1921-1924, enlivened pedagogical thought and gave impetus the usage of new western methods, even if on partial manner, in the educational process. They were welcomed in Albanian pedagogical opinion. This was one reason more which makes one think that in Albanian school was developed practices that felicitated knowledge and popularity of pedagogical theories, in brainstorming on the best educational forces, in transparency of different viewpoints and argumentations round them, in reaction of schools and teachers toward developments of reforming school processes. In their entirety the reforms of 1921-1924 became part of all processes regarding unification, secularization and democratization of Albanian school, with impacts in qualitative buil-ding and its consolidation during those years. By expressing gratitude toward all “Knowledge Missionaries”, without exception, who have laid foundation stones of the first schools in Albania, who sacrificed and contributed in opening of the schools, education, moral and patriotic education of children and youth, and generally in endeavors for emancipation of Albanian woman, we should humble respectfully. Thus I consider it rightful for this study to be as a tribute in honor of them, in the ninetieth anniversary of first educational reform in Albania.
